If you revoke your consent, you may no longer be able to use the website and the services of moyreal holding to their full extent. By providing your personal data, you consent to the processing, storage and use of your data.
Access to data
Personal data is processed by moyreal holding, and in particular by:
• employees and consultants who are authorized to manage the website and provide the associated services,
• third-party companies (e.g. IT service providers, hosting providers, etc.) to which moyreal holding has outsourced services involving processing operations for processing on its behalf.
Forwarding of data
We transmit your data to our processors for the purpose of data processing. We will be happy to send you the current list of our processors on request.
In addition, your data will only be passed on to third parties for the following purposes:

The servers used by moyreal holding are located within Switzerland/the European Union.
Storage of data
moyreal holding stores personal data for the time required to achieve the purposes for which the data is collected and processed. We reserve the right to retain data for a longer period if there is a legal basis for doing so, i.e. if there is a legally prescribed retention period (e.g. for accounting documents), if it is in the overriding interest of moyreal holding or after obtaining your consent.

Social media plug-ins
This website uses social media plug-ins offered by the most important social networks (e.g. Facebook and Twitter). When users visit the website, their browsing data can be transmitted directly to the relevant social networks, even without direct user interaction. Users acknowledge and agree that the operation of social network plug-ins is managed directly by the company offering the corresponding plug-in. When users use the plug-ins via the website (and, for example, log in to a social network with their access data or link their accounts), they click on the relevant button (such as “Like” or “Share” on Facebook) and connect to the server of this social network, which then sends the content of the plug-in directly to the user’s browser.
moyreal holding may therefore receive data relating to users in accordance with the terms of use and privacy policy of the relevant social network, and may add personal data of users that has already been collected via its own services. If the user decides to share information with social networks, they also share data with moyreal holding, e.g. about their preferences. To prevent social networks from collecting their personal information, users should check the relevant terms and conditions on the social networks’ websites.
Data security
moyreal holding has implemented the organizational and technical security measures required by law to protect your personal data from loss, misuse or unauthorized modification. Our employees are regularly trained to comply with data protection requirements. In all our contracts with processors, we ensure that personal data is treated confidentially and processed using at least equivalent organizational and technical security measures.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that data transfer via the Internet is not secure and that the loss or misuse of data can never be completely ruled out. As soon as we receive any information transmitted to us, we protect it in our systems in accordance with the security measures described above.
Your rights
You have the right to obtain information about the processing of your personal data (e.g. the origin of this data, the purpose of processing and the modalities of data processing).
If the processing is based on your consent, you are entitled to revoke this consent at any time.
