A good example is Überlandstrasse in Zurich, where moyreal estate ltd. is creating new living space. By 2026, 228 rental flats will be built. An attractive mix of flats ranging from 1.5-room flats to spacious family flats will appeal to a wide range of tenants. The project name “Übergärten” indicates that particular attention is being paid to the design of the outdoor spaces. The buildings are directly connected to the Überlandpark by two bridges. A densely planted “forest garden” will be created between the rows of buildings.
Another example is the family-friendly, park-like Sagenmatt project in Ebikon, Lucerne, where 67 condominiums, 174 rental apartments and commercial units are being built in close cooperation with the municipality.
Denzler Haus in Rämistrasse in Zurich’s Bellevue district is one of UTOREM’s latest projects. The hundred-year-old listed property is being carefully renovated to create a gallery, office space and residential accommodation with a breathtaking view of the Zurich Grossmünster.
