What we do.
moyreal holding ltd. has shareholdings in various sectors. Our focus is on maintaining an extensive real estate portfolio with an emphasis on rental apartments. We produce environmentally friendly, forward-looking concepts with high-quality living space.
Alongside its real estate activities, moyreal holding invests in companies and projects that are connected to the socially oriented segments of health, care and education. We select investments that make an important contribution to improving the quality of life of the target groups concerned. The final part of our strategy involves financing start-ups with a focus on sustainable energies and technologies.
Who we are.
moyreal holding ltd., founded in 2016 with its registered office in Kägiswil, Obwalden, is owned by the entrepreneur Eva Maria Bucher-Haefner. Creating recognizable added value for society is the guiding principle of all its business activities. The entrepreneur’s daughter Chiara Bucher and son Mischa Bucher are also members of the Board of Directors. Kaspar Grob is the Delegate of the Board of Directors.

Other important concerns.
moyreal holding ltd. also comprises foundations with no commercial background. First and foremost is the traditional Walter Haefner Foundation, whose grants cover a wide range of areas ranging from healthcare to cultural funding, with a focus on Switzerland.
In 2024, Eva Maria Bucher-Haefner founded the “Stiftung für Hirnverletzte” (foundation for brain injured people), which supports adolescents and young adults. The Rosenhof health center in Effretikon is being developed in collaboration with the Oase Group.
